The studio

The body is not something to change. It is something to know, train and inhabit.

MUSA is where wellbeing and training meet. Between what you feel and what you build.

About MUSA

MUSA was born where the precision of classical Pilates meets a more contemporary idea of training: dynamic, intense, aware. Our method starts from a deep knowledge of the body and of the Pilates principles, and builds classes where control and strength, lengthening and intensity, technique and movement live together.

Breathing, improving posture and regaining mobility are essential. So is keeping the muscle active, training it and making it stronger. We want every class to leave one concrete, precious feeling: having worked deeply, felt the body switch on, and found the right balance between intensity, control and awareness.

Because feeling good in your body also comes from recognising it, seeing it change, and feeling strong inside it. Every class is a time for you — for the body, for the mind, and for that energy that stays with you long after you leave the studio.

Movement, awareness and activation

Breath, alignment and control matter — but they are not the destination. Every exercise is built to engage the body deeply, stimulate the muscles and turn awareness into real work: precise and conscious, yet physically effective.

Small groups, dedicated attention

Quality comes from attention. Our classes are deliberately limited in number so our instructors can follow every movement: an alignment to refine, a resistance to adjust, a gesture to make more precise.

Pilates roots, a new intensity

Classical Pilates is the base of every class — breath, alignment, control and awareness. On those principles we build something contemporary and more intense, for anyone who wants mobility and posture, but also strength, tone and a deep connection with their body.
